10 Simple Strategies to Build a Perfect Resume:

Resume Length:

Main aspect that you need to concentrate is length. As a fresher you can have a short resume of 2 to 3 pages. Having a lengthy and descriptive resume is a deal breaker for the interviewers. Interviewers always prefer short and sweet resumes. Recruiters do not have the time or strength to read many points or paragraphs. Brief your resume and concentrate on main points and include the content which is relevant to the job role. Try to include everything on two pages.

Planned Way:

Brainstorm all your achievements and accomplishments and list at strengths. Make a list and plan to highlight the relevant accomplishment and strengths.

Font Style and Font Size:

when creating resume, make sure your form should be digitally readable and remember all the fonts are not formal. Use a formal font which can capture the eyes of interviewer , so that resume also looks more interesting. Differentiate between the elements and content that you write.

Highlight all the elements with differ in size. Which can have a proper forming of the resume. This also can help to know the main points in the resume.

Fixing Colours:

Adding colours to resume is usually based on the industry and the company that you are applying for. If you are applying for any finance and accounting job profile, you may use black-and-white coloured resume, where as if you are applying for any creative and artistic job profile then you need to try to show your creative and artistic work on your resume by adding colours. This can demonstrate your creativity in preparing resume. This way of preparation of colours could be useful for capturing the eyes  of interviewers.

Number Attract the Interviewer:

Recruiters always love to go through numbers and accomplishment in the resume. So, try to place the actions and back them  with a strong evidence and make a strong impression if only you try to place action backup with numbers.

Add Your personality:

Every recruiter wants to know your true personality. Your resume gives a quick glance into your personality. Allow the interviewer, more in depth look at your work history. Most of the recruiters do so because they have been customized for job position, if your resume approach in making a personal connection with the recruiter, this makes  your chances of getting an interview are high.

Include Interesting Works:

Make your resume more attractive to the recruiter. Do not give false information in your resume. Recruiter who read resume will check all the timeline. Average the timeline  depending on your needs and  arrange them chronological order. It is an effective recruiter’s attention.

Interests/Hobbies:

Most of the people overlook this section. But it plays vital role in an interview. This section makes the interviewer to ask all the behavioural questions. you can take advantage by including all the interesting skill requirements as your hobbies. By using all the above information you can create your own resume without copying it from internet.
