- This section is applicable for all assessee.
Eligible Income
Profit or gain derived from the business of collecting and processing or treating of bio-degradable waste for any of the following activity:
- Generating of power
- Producing bio- fertilizer, bio- pesticides or other biological agents
- producing Bio- gas
- Making pallets or briquettes for fuel
- Organic manure
Eligible Deduction
- Under this section 100% of income for 5 consecutive assessment year Starting from the year in which business is commenced.
